Lacey Jean

Did a formal apprenticeship under Dennis Nowoselski and Trent Pare at Superior Tattoo in Vancouver BC (off 12th and Commercial drive) . Started in January 2005 and was there for over a year and a half. It was a great experience and I owe everything to those two for teaching me a solid foundation to build my career upon. With their encouragement and support, I applied to and was hired at Sacred Heart Tattoo. I did a further 6 months of working under Dave Green, who helped immensely with all the refining parts of an apprenticeship and how I approach my art. I continued to work there until 2010 at which point I moved to Whistler,BC and opened my own studio there. I feel very fortunate for the three individuals who took a chance on me and very happy to be on good terms with all of them as well.
