Death Proof is a busy tattoo shop located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in the world famous Whistler BC. The shop has been in this location for over 7 years under the oversight of Tyler ATD. We are an open plan, street level shop with 4 full time artists, 1 part time artist and 3 full time barbers.
We welcome any guest with shop experience and a solid portfolio who is valid to work in Canada. We’re also open to travellers in need of a clean space to attend to their own clientele as well. All styles are welcome. We prefer custom work and bookings but do take walk-ins 7 days a week if space is available. The shop is well lit and covered head to toe with interesting art and plants, is well furnished, and has a permanent guest station in place.
Whistler is world renowned for its world class snowboarding and ski terrain both on Whistler Blackcomb ski resort and in the back country. In the Summer it’s a serious mountain bike destination as well as boasting limitless terrain for hiking, camping, climbing, fishing, lake hangs, whitewater rating, zip lining , ATV tours and a newly renovated skatepark.
