Who can see my profile?
No one, at least not until there are potential matches for you. At that point your matches will only have access to an anonymous version of your profile. Only once matches are established and serious about contacting you will they get access to your identity. Don’t worry, we got you.
How do I edit my profile?
Once your profile is uploaded you alone will have access to your profile. You will be sent a password for your profile. You can login and edit your profile at any time.
I filled in my profile, now what?
Awesome. Be sure that you also filled out the backend information form that was emailed. It may take a day to receive. Once that has been submitted, reviewed, and entered into the database, matches will be created and sent out as soon as we find a good fit for you. It’s not an instantaneous system, but thats because it’s not some AI robot, no, it’s a real person working on your behalf. Pretty awesome right?
How long before I see matches?
Searching our database and building matches can take some time. Depending on suitable matches for you, the time can vary. Our goal is to have results sent to as soon as possible, but please remember, this is a small company working hard to get this right. We really want to get you the best matches possible and quality can take time sometimes. Two days-one week is standard but will get quicker as the service gets streamlined. It’s a beta version, but its growing!
Can I upload more photos?
Currently we are limiting photo upload, so pick your best. In the future you can expect to see many new features including larger and more numerous photo upload. In the mean time, take advantage of using your bio to really impress potential new matches. Don’t be shy!
